Gaston Martinez is the founder and CEO of IZO Mezcal, a line of agave spirits produced in Durango, Mexico. Gaston is the perfect guest to tell us everything he knows about one of Mexico’s most popular spirits. Founded in 2018, Gaston’s mezcal line is headquartered in San Diego California. His Mezcal Joven won the gold medal at the San Diego International Wine and Spirits challenge last year and can be found at a fine liquor and spirits store near you or online.
